Description
These are MR Side Tables, originally designed by Mies van der Rohe in 1927. These particular examples were produced by Knoll in the USA C. 1979. Their design features a half-inch thick polished plate glass atop a tubular and rectangular steel frame. The listed price includes one table and there are two available to purchase.
Each table measures 28.5 inches deep, 28.5 inches wide, and 20.875 inches high.
The tables came directly from Sears Tower, a notable work in Chicago by architecture firm Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill (SOM). There are a couple of small chips in the glass. If desired, we can also get replacement tops fabricated for a slight additional cost. Otherwise, the tables are in good to very good condition.
