Description
This is a 1966 Collection Outdoor Lounge Chair, Model 1966-25, originally designed by Richard Schultz for Knoll in 1966. This particular example dates to 2022. The chair is constructed of cast aluminum with a weather-resistant grey powder-coat finish, and has a mesh seat and back. The 1966 Collection is included in the permanent collection at MoMA.
The chair measures 28.25 inches long, 26 inches wide, and 26 inches tall. It has a seat height of 14 inches. This chair is in very good condition, having seen little use. The mesh seat and back have no damage or fading. The grey powder-coat finish may show an errant scuff, but still looks pristine. Overall, this chair is in truly excellent condition.
